Strengthened immunity
I didn't get sick while taking these vitamins. During the three months, I remained healthy while my mother, brother, and husband all fell ill. It seems these vitamins helped strengthen my immune system. I also noticed less hair loss and improved hair growth, although my hair didn't resemble the adverts. My skin, which is usually dry, was less flaky and felt much better. Overall, I received the help I needed.

Ideal for pregnancy
I confidently say these are the best vitamins for pregnant and breastfeeding women available. I've taken them for over five years and during three pregnancies. My blood counts were always perfect, and they don't disturb my tummy. The urine is bright yellow but it doesn't bother me. I recommend these vitamins to all mothers out there.

Avoid for pregnancy
I wouldn't recommend these for those planning a pregnancy. The iron content is excessive and might cause nausea. Additionally, the vitamin E dosage is lower than what is typically prescribed. I suggest trying a small package first before committing. Since I took them, I've been ill with cold sores, unlike my family members who took different vitamins and remained well.

Cold recovery noted
They are quite large and difficult to swallow, which I hadn't experienced before. However, they worked for me during and after pregnancy. A pregnant friend took these for a severe cold, and she recovered quickly. Thus, there is indeed an effect.
